   Frammer AI uses the YouTube API Services to enable video content features within the platform. By using Frammer AI, you acknowledge and agree that your use of any YouTube-related features is also governed by, and you agree to be bound by, the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. These YouTube Terms of Service are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
   
   In the event of any conflict between Frammer AI's Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service with respect to your use of YouTube API-powered features, the YouTube Terms of Service shall govern.
   
   

3. Use of the Service
   
   You agree to use Frammer AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
   • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
   • Access or use any third-party API data in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the applicable third-party platform.

4. YouTube Data and Content
   
   Features within Frammer AI may retrieve, display, or process data through the YouTube API Services. You agree that:
   • Any YouTube content or data you access through Frammer AI is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
   • You will not use YouTube data retrieved through Frammer AI for any purpose not expressly permitted by YouTube's API Terms of Service.
   • Frammer AI may refresh, update, or delete cached YouTube data in accordance with applicable YouTube API policies, including the requirement that statistics data not be stored for more than 30 days.
   
   

5. Account Registration and Security
   
   You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

   All content, features, and functionality of Frammer AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Frammer AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
